edigo maava PRAWN MASALA:
1) first prawn ni neat ga wash cheyandi
2) wash second time in salt water to remove junk matter present on prawns ..salt water washing gives extra freshness
3)cut 2 onions (medium size) into very very small pieces. cut 2 green chillies into small parts.cut 3 tomatoes into very small pieces.cut 2 pieces of garlic into small parts. put some tamarind in 50-100 ml of water and keep aside
4)put one vessel on stove ...put oil..as required..dont put too less or too much .. after 2 mts..put some garlic pieces first ...after few seconds..put jeera and mustard ..then put 3 or 4 cloves and bit of dalchini..let it fry for some seconds..now put green chilli pieces..and onions ..
mix it well and let the onions turn brown in color..remember to put flame medium..
then put the tomatoes and mix well ...when the tomatoes are half boiled put some tamarind water and mix the paste well..and salt as required
let the tomatoes boil completely ...put prawn masala..garam masala ..or any masalas u have ..
then put the prawns and mix well . after 5 minutes prawn will be cooked..it wont take more than 5 to 7 minutes for prawns to cook..
finally put some corriander leaves ..

idigo maama..alu fry:
1)take potatoes 4 or 5 and then boil them for sometime as required(put a bit of salt while boling so that potatoes absorb salt to get additional taste)
2) once potatoes are boiled, peel them and cut into medium sized pieces as required.
in the mean time cut onions into small pieces
3) put the fry pan on stove..put some oil (see that the fire is medium)
4) once the oil is heated , put some jeera,mustard,some garlic pieces, onions, some ginger paste and some green chilli pieces.mix them well
5) once the onions get brown in color , add the potatoes.
6) mix them well ..put a bit of salt as required(very little if u have already put while boiling potatoes).
7)if you have some garam masala add it and mix well and let the potatoes fry for some time
8)finally add some green dhaniya to it and mix well

try chesi choodu maama..
