Samrt mama , this has been already discussed. For you I will tell it once more ,it is mere waste of time to burn 1.4 gb AVI file to a dvd. Considering the time and effort to convert and burn it as dvd it aint worth it.
You need TMPGENc and TMPGENC DVD author to convert the AVI file to a DVD. The whole process takes about 10 hours. Even after doing all this you will not have any features of a dvd (menus, subtitles, ....) unless you go and add chapters and menus's

Once you backed the desired chapter/song then you will need Dr.DIVX (not free) . Download the free trial from here

Manishi mama I rip songs from different DVD's then reauthor to create menu's and burn dvd.. If dont create menus, Then I burn directly with DVD Shrink..

Why do you need to re-author using TMPGENC when DVD-shrink it self can do that? Also do you convert them to .AVI file?

I use DR.DIVX along with DVD shrink ! It takes about 4 mins for a Song. What other tools do you guys use ? |
