Keeping in mind of C centers in US
mama chala variables vunnayi mama.. theare rent.. atleast 300 for sure and can go upto $500(yendukante I do in 500 one and its the best one)
also adda $100 as miselaneus expenses like Shipping the print(80lbs) and publicity..
Print cost ki so many factor.. 300- 600 and in extreme cases $1000.

You may be close but thats not always the case. It depends on what kind of theater. Konni voorlalo maree dakota theaters lo vestaaru. Konni chotla manchi theaters lo vesthunnaru.
Also regular gaa vese vaadiki konchem advantage untadi. Alaage desi movies yese theater ante yinkonchem advantage undochu. You can never equate a theater rent to the theater capacity.

KAD guys might have sold the movie to exhibitors. So he might have made money. That does not mean that the movie GS is in profits in US. ala aite cinema ni ammi dxxxna producer (CKR here) is in profits. Bottomline is exhibitors who bought for heavy price will be the losers. anta ekku dabbetti konukkodam enduku anamaku. adi vere thread avuddi and personal gula of exhibitors and i personally dont support such high prices for US centers.
eg: maadi chinna center. oka show padite great. rendu shows veste abbo. enni shows vesina max vachhedi 400 members. Tagore 3 shows and 400 members. Indra and manmadhudu around 375 two shows.
for GS it is said that a student guy bought the movie for $3000. Theater rent is $300 for show. So $600. now even if 400 members come (Kids under 10 are free and along with 400 members there will be atleast 20 kids). he cant breakeven here.
Now u imagine the position at small centers of US. leave about top 5.

As the business in US was finalized much before I think KAD wont incurr any losses.
Problem with small centers is the movie will take more than a month or two to go there and unless the movie retains the lost ground the exhibtors there are bound to suffer losses.
Theatre rent on an average will be $600-800 per show and rental of the movie will be 800-1000. Unless KAD does in sharing movie(instead of rent) wont fetch any return to the exhibitors in small centers |

VA lo Shankar Dada eyyadaaniki 12K aduguthunnaranta mama. Add theater rent to that. Overall gaa oka 20K cost avuddi. Ante break even ki 2000 raavali in VA.
Ram mama also remember one more thing. 5000 people <> 50K dollars. Yendukante tickets are sold for various prices. Its not always 10 dollars. Advance booking, children, etc, yevevo untaai kada mama. Dimbs mama cheppindi kooda pedda figure (theater rent).
