By the way, How do you define a looser ??? Whether movie reached a break-even or how much it collected ??? What is budget of Arjun and what is Budget of Gudumba Shankar ???
say a movie is made for 1 crore and sold for 25 crores and marginally recovered all the 25 crores and another movie made for 24 crores and sold for 25 crores and again barely recovered all the 25 crores..
IMO both the movies are same and as u can see the factors like table profit for the producer and budget of the movie is irrelevant here and what matters is whether the distributors recovered their money or not..
lets wait n watch these two movies from this perspective..hope u got my point..

GodFather1 mama. No Mahesh fan started any bad thread about any hero as of today unless and until they have been provoked by some stupid and meaningless fans like "Mr Becbec".
Do you know how many bad threads he posted before and after the release and that stupid guy posted that Arjun is 10 to 15 crores and Mahi should stop doing movies.
Even then we did'nt start any bad threads on PK as we know the facts and we know that the people are talking senseless and they did'nt grow .
But now "nobody can stop our Mighty Mahi fans" as they say "what goes around comes back" its payback time to all fans who hated our beloved hero "Prince Mahi" for no reason.
As of today he did'nt comment on anybody or neither disputed with anybody as a matter of fact as you all know even 'PK supported directly to Mahi" and they are all having good friendly relation ship.
Some stupid senseless guys like tokkalo "BecBec" and other fans are spreading the flop talk for all Movies except their Hero movies.
Vallanuu appamanu nenu ma fans apputammu.
We all wish all the movies farewell at box office so that all will be happy especially who bought the movies with high prices as they are paying too heavy price.
Finally I appreciate "Supreme"mama for his article and I hope all Mahi haters will relase the stamina and box office of our Prince Mahi.
I wish all fans post only truth and good & decent discussion but not fighting.

Godfather1 mama let me just say that I appreciate your honesty and that I respect your views. In fact I actually agree with them, whether you believe that after reading all my posts against GS I am not sure. But I really do.
When I first joined Idlebrain, I minded my own business. I posted several times against other heroes, but only when provoked by other heroes' fans. For the most part my posts were regarding Mahesh and Mahesh movies only. I truly believed that we should not say anything about other heroes unless it was something positive. Even when someone like ramesh_chirufan posted increasingly negative comments about OKKADU, I rejected him and his posts. But I did not take my anger out on other heroes.
However, this time it is different. Becbec and several others crossed the line with there insistent and meaningless criticism of ARJUN. Do you recall how many negative threads were opened against ARJUN? Do you recall how vehemently Becbec attacked ARJUN even before it was released? Can you remember how consistently Becbec came every hour with a new thread regard the bad "insider report" for ARJUN? I understand that at certain times, some fans may post controversial statements for fun or just to tease the fans. However, what Becbec on others did clearly crossed the line of any friendly rivalry, jelousy or competition. And, Prince fans made this point clear. They informed him that he had reached the limit and requested him to stop. Do you remember if he stopped? I do... and he never did. He and his loyal fans (if you remember a thread was even opened supporting him and all his posts, especially those against ARJUN) relentlessly pursued Mahesh fans into every thread they opened, and made demeaning comments regarding ARJUN. Becbec was warned that if he did not stop his time might come soon and that he would have to face the music. He simply laughed it off, as did all the others, because after all the "insider report" for GS was excellent. They had nothing to worry about or fear. They could behave as the wished. No one could stop them.
Well finally their time has come. And, they are going to pay and they are going to pay some more. For too long Mahesh fans have simply let things slide. For too long Mahesh fans have simply sat and watched people ridicule Mahesh. For too long Mahesh fans have remained mute over the pointless and underhanded remarks made by other fans about Prince. But no more. This is the last time. Becbec and the like were warned. And, now they have to pay up.
I can understand how at times all the negative comments against GS and PK seem harsh. I believe that I, as well as all the others have gotten carried away. Are you disturbed at how upset some fans are because of this? Well don't be. Some have proposed a "truce." But do you really believe them. Tomorrow if PK's Columbus is a hit and Mahi's Athadu is a flop, do you really think they will refrain from commenting negatively? And have you ever noticed that anything posted against Mahesh is supposed to be the truth or an honest opinion, whereas anything posted against PK is labeled as "hatred." For, example on the very second or third day Becbec posted that ARJUN was not full in some theater, that 50 tickets or so were not sold. Immediately Becbec was praised as the wise old man who found out the "truth" regarding ARJUN. And all Mahesh fans had to believe it. Why? Because its the "truth." After all they dont lie. However, when a Mahesh fan posted that on the second day GS was not houseful, it was branded as some form of cruel, twisted hatred against PK and fans act so surprised wondering what could drive Mahesh fans to "hate" PK soo much.
Right now PK fans are learning what it is like to be ridiculed and therefore, they have changed their tone. Becbec has not even been seen on idlebrain, except once or twice. However, no matter what kind of truce you may offer and they accept, tomorrow once PK gets another hit they will revert back to their old self.
The actual truth is that Becbec and others have made a bed of thorns for themselves, and now they are being forced to sleep on it. |

This is really bad trend. What do we gain by spreading negative propaganda. That is so naive, stupid and premature. How the heck can you say Gudumba Shankar will be a looser in the first week itself ? By the way, How do you define a looser ??? Whether movie reached a break-even or how much it collected ??? What is budget of Arjun and what is Budget of Gudumba Shankar ??? Do you really know that, if you know who informed you ??? Do some math before going over board.
My point is, when we don't like others; calling our movie bad in the first week itself (Although it clearly proved otherwise now), why do we repeat the same ???
Let's just enjoy the success of our movie and not spread any bad propaganda about other movies. Let's just be fans of Prince not the haters of other heroes. Let's show fanism not sadism.
If fans of other heroes calls Arjun a looser. Let them be. We know what it is ??? If collections in one single center drop in fourth week, it doesn't prove anything. Arjun is running in 150 other centers. If anybody claims movie runs with greatest collections in all centers until 100 days that is greatest bluff I have ever heard. The biggest hit of year, Shrek 2, has attrition rate of 40-50% per week.
Again my point is: Let's just leave business calculations for a while and let Arjun finish its Run then Mahesh himself will let you know whether he gained/lost anything. Meanwhile let's just enjoy our movie success (in terms of how its running) and not degrade others.
