The buzz in Hyderabad is that , there is a language barrier between KCR and Sonia Gandhi. KCR doesn't understand Italian accent English and Sonia does not understand/communicate in Hindi. perhaps, whatever Sonia Gandhi is saying about Telangana in English, KCR is assuming that she is promising Telangana.
People are wondering how KCR is telling the media Sonia promised Telangana will be a reality without knowing Congress Party In charge Digvijay Singh and AP Chief minister YSR.
where do the Telangana Rastra Samiti (TRS) and its leader K. Chandrasekhara Rao go from here now that the Congress Party General Secretary and in-charge of the State, Digvijay Singh, has made the party's stand clear on a separate State?
After running down the Chief Minister, Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, for crying hoarse that the Congress Party had agreed only for a Second State Reorganisation Committee (SRC), the party with the pink flag stands exposed. It, however, was only a matter of time before the divergent stands taken by either of the alliance partners gave away.
Even when the tie-up was announced, they stuck to their respective stands of separate State and SRC, yet chose to be ambiguous about it. Incidentally, Singh announced or rather reiterated his party's stand at a recent press conference as soon as the Chief Minister joined him in the introductory stage itself. Rao says he will wait for Congress President Sonia Gandhi's final word and if she too chants the SRC mantra, it is curtains.
Interesting to note the mum's the word, dumb's the motto' of the Telangana Congress Legislators Forum.
