there are a lot of differences:

naxalites:they are in a position to kill top administrators that means they are controlling the state activities this will effect the development of the entire state.
by encorasing naxals we can go back some 50 years.
what is naxals aim?
if you have solutions please post it.
factionists are also bad but now a days factionism is hardly spoiling life of those who are participating in that.for common man life it may not effect.once the people are aware it will die. |
