venu hubsiguda comes under kapra muncipality , not uppal muncipality i think

medchal kinda kapra,uppal,and most of the parts of qutubullapur muncipality vastayi , and rural parts of qutubullapur,medchal,shamirpet,keesara,gatkesar also comes under medchal

previous zp elections lo i guess trs won gatkesar mandal and bjp won keesara mandal , and other three(qutubullapur,medchal,shamirpet) gone to tdp

devendar goud ki uppal,kapra,qutubullapur muncipalties ,medchal mandal lo votes vastayi baga in genral

but in last elections trs secured some good number of votes in rural parts like keesara,gatkesar,shamirpet

kapra lo koddiga tdp local leaders due to some disputes with devendar goud voting ki dooram ga undatam valla , devendar goud ki majorty taggindhi

but with downfall of trs now again devendar goud has capitalised in the constituency totally , which u can see in zp election he able to win all the 5 zps qutubullapur,medchal,shamirpet,keesara,gatkesar with good majority

next oka vela muncipalties ki kooda elections pedite moodu muncipalties tdp ke vachhe chances bag unnayi , cong vallu vachhaka ee moodu muncipalites lo pedda ga development ledhu , but during tdp ruling development is flourishing especially our kapra muncipality


but any way this constituency will be breaked in to two or three constituencies by 2009 , if constituecny defragmentation take place



same case with contonment constituency , but compared to medchal ikakda koddiga telanagana vallu ekkuva , westmaredpally , contonment area , tirumalgiri, malkajgiri , alwal comes under this constituency , west maredpally lo andhra vallu ekkiuva , malakjgiri and alwal lo andhra vallu unna , telanagana valla population ee ekkuva , but sayanna has good name in this constituency which lead to his win


these two constituencies play major role in deciding the fate of siddipeta MP seat , during MP elections last tiem there is cross voting in contonment constituency and siddpeta MP seat gone to cong

Medchal lo UPPAL KALAN lo ni HUBSHIGUDA lo 80% Andhrites and TDP support is more(Even when HUBSHIGUDA was a PANCHAYAT and it's SARPANCH was PARTHASARATHI RAO a ANDHRITE), RAMANTHAPUR has about 40% Andhrites now, UPPAL has about 25% Andhrites. Also KAPRA municipality has a lot of Andhrites.

In 2004 the seat was left to TRS and contested by Ex TDP MLA KOMMAREDDY SURENDER REDDY. This SURENDER REDDY not a very strong candidate and Congress workers did not work for him whole heartedly. Added to that between 1996-2004 TDP really pumped in a lot of FUNDS into HYD's adjacent municipalities like UPPAL, KAPRA, MALKAJGIRI, KUKATPALLY, LB NAGAR etc. Also, DEVENDER beig GOUD helped him with GOUD and YADAV vote bank who are in large numbers in HYD's adjacent municipalities.

Bojjala punyama ani aayana area lo kontha mandi reddies, Chintala punyama ani aayana area lo kontha mandi ila area leader ni batti yedo eye wash gaa kontha mandi support chesina overall they were and are Congress people. Ika TDP ki 1985 tarvatha nundi dooram ayina inko caste Balija. Villa population chala yekkuva and they were and are against TDP after 1985.

The population od Kammas who support TDP also divided after 1995. For example PUTTUR, NAGARI, SATYAVEDU Kammas started going to both TDP and Congress recently because of MudduKrishnama etc. In places like CHANDRAGIRI where again Kammas are more they are divided as Congress candidate there has good base i nthe constituency.

Monna monnati varaku PUNGANURU lo no leader for Congress and ippudu Ex IPS Reddappa Reddy came up and is giving tough fight to N.RamaKrishna Reddy family(especially as Ramakrishna Reddy is sick and could not campign). Few years back varaku PALAMANERU lo PATNAM SUBBAIAH very strong and today no leader in TDP to hold the constituency.

Ila anni vidala TDP ki kastalu in CHITTOOR but even in these circumstances guddi lo mella la fight isthunnaru. Ika KUPPAM lo oka ZPTC odipovatam ante yemanna Congress iraga perform chesindi anukuntunnava? 56 votes majority tho gelchadu Subramanyam Reddy and that too due to sympathy factor. Ade KUPPAM lo TDP majorities 15,000 and more in 3 ZPTCs and around 7000 in one more.

Coming to CUDDAPPAH YSR power lo lenappudu CONGRESS paristhi yendi? Except his PULIVENDULA other places bad to very bad on various elections. PULIVENDULA lo Congress yeppudu okka ZPTC kuda odipoleda?? REDDIES re more in number and very strong n CUDDPPAH whereas KAMMAS are not the strongest in CHITTOOR but comparitevely REDDIES are!!
