Friends...i wrote a small poem on campus life in siddhartha college in vijayawada...
enjoy!!
When i was in Degree
My friends were jigree
I enjoyed a lot
as nothing was taught
Going to bakeries
with beautiful chokrees
Eating pastries with puff
made everyone tough
College we shun
to grab the fun
friends to everyone
and enemies to none
THEN came the turning point
which almost left me with a broken joint
One fine morning, i got a warning
I Was then small, to recieve a call
I was then new, for an interview
I tasted heat, when i got a seat
to fall in a well, bid my jigrees a farewell
Being a smarty, i hosted a party
I joined scops (siddhartha college of pharmaceutical sciences-scops)
with bata shoes and unwashed socks
with a balloon baggy
a suitcase and ghar kaa chaabi
when i entered the pharm
the classroom turned warm
Mischevious boys,chokris very calm
Looked at me and asked my Naam (name)
I opened my awaaj
to say"gautam bharadwaj"
Then the seniors came
and started the game (ragging annamaata)
They asked to remove my shoes
But i cleverly cut them loose
I soon became their friend
with my slowly evolving trend
Thus days have gone
with my labcoat on
i entered the lab
and started the job
i got emotion when i made a lotion
i had a dream of making cold cream
But in finals i got an emulsion
inkemundhi started tension
Then came our Gupta and KPR (our professors)
yelled at me "better make pappuchaar"
i tried baar baar
but ended up saying "sorry saar"
Like seconds, passed 3 joyful years
with happiness now gone,left only tears
Here comes the final year
bringing tons and tons of fear
that we might lose our near and dear
For nobody is permanent here
Hip hip hurray to scops
where enjoyment never stops
soon arrived the period of autograph
sayonara to friends and college staff
singing Mustafa's at the farewell
all jigrees went into a depression shell
as there was no other scope
we lit the candles of hope
So Dear bewarse friends
Everyday is not sunday
to taste happiness and gay
pricks and thorns which may
well be spread on your way
DONT run after stunning smile (porila venta)
to keep your "yours" at a mile
DONT run after charming looks
To lose ur true friends,namely "Books"
dont hurt your paapa and mum
precious to many -khao kasam
However darker the clouds og hope
Never give up there is always a ray of hope
