I am in hyderabad now. I will go and try to do the needful there. I will be going to bangalore on Monday or tuesday eveing depending on when GS audio is released.
Since Penugonda is very close to Bangalore, it should be not an issues.
Also what i will see whether any bank has provision to open account in bangalore and give the monthly interest to those guys through post.
I will be in BTDB early sunday morning 2 AM lets discuss this then..

Mamalu can one of you dispatch BTDB help fund to the family in Anantapur.
May be you will have to go there on a week day becasue we want you to open a bank account onr post office account on their name and deposit the funds and make sure they get the monthly interest.
And a digital picture would be good with them.
