On an existing property(can be a house,agricultural land,plots etc) you can get 65% of the loan...
But when the ICICI bank evaluates the property the WHITE rate should be atleast 55 lakhs for getting a loan of 35 Lakhs(Approx 70k)...
The APR would be around 9%... |

There are problems with the housing loan.
The main thing is the Market Rate should be in WHITE, where most of the cases it is not. For a Apartment or Duplex they give you 85% of the total amount and for plot I guess 65 or 75%.
Suppose for a plot the WHITE rate(GOVT Registration Rate) would be around Rs600/- and BLACK rate would be around 7k or 10k per square yard....
So you would get 85% on the white rate, which is a a very small amount.
Even for the Apartments and Duplex also the WHITE is less then 10Lakhs and the actual rate you would pay would be ard 30,40 or 50 Lakhs |

So start building expenses on a credit card and then transfer for 0% APR and forget about 15months...but the main point is u need to be desciplined in paying your monthly payments...
Selective gha manage chesukunte....you can get that amount!!
But plan for atleast 6months min payment...so that job tensions unna you can be peaceful... |
