If i purchase a land for 20k dollars,we write it as in DEBIT side of a Trialbalance/balance sheet. and If i purchase a land for 30k,that will be credit of 30k to my account.
But this is totally opposite when we do financial analysys for a Bank...which is a rear case....for banks credit is going out and debi is coming in...
