Devanali, yelahankaa pakanaa.... 1 acre costs u anything not less then 60 laks to 1 crore depending upon the location....
its very costly now especially after airport work has commenced.. this are miht not have improved as much as bannergattaa r sarjapur but will surely be the best developed part of city in anotehr 3-4 yrs...... as intl airport work will b thru by then might be 2008 r 2009.......
you need not worry only about hotels, in b'lore appartments r also good investment option.......and in yelahankaa this is not the right time to invest on hotels... only 2-3 yrs down the line u can plan according to changes in city development.....

2kms from International airport is always better in a country like India. Other than India people never choose the places near airports but its opposite here..
here u can construct a hotel or u can sell once u get the good deal..
The other one seeethapet is also good for investment but u need to wait

If you don't mind, tell me which is a better place to invest for speculation
a) In Seetapeta on the way to hyderabad from Bangalore International airport towards kolar. To be precise this place is 15 kms before reaching kolar. Its not at all expensive and a very big lot
b) Investing in Bididi. I heard it might take only 30-35 minutes to go to Majestic once the express highway is finished.
c) 2 kms from International airport area in Devanahalli

sensation babay.. Yalahanka kannaaa some where Banenrghatta rd will be better for Hotels or the 5 km range from the junction of Outer ring rd and Hosur rd.
I know around 1 yr back approxmately Rs 3000 to Rs4000 for the plots which are towards main rd ..
calculate accordign to that per acre 1 acre = 44K sqft approx.
and even Yalahanka also might be same but city development is more towards sarjapur rd and towards east...
twoards north i.e. HYD rd major development is International ariport only.
sitapuram.. if you get less than 100 rs per sqft you can have it as an investment .. but you can think of constructing house or some thing for next 20 yrs ... |

BTW, can I get 2 acres land good for hotel in Yelahanka area? If I can, how much does it cost per acre? There is so much of scarcity for hotel rooms at present in Bangalore. |

The road you are talking about may not be HYD road, it may be National Hwy between MADRAS-BLORE which has towns like KOLAR, PALAMANERU, CHITTOOR between these cities.
