Avasaram ledu. As long as his current visa is still available, he don't need to get his passport stamped if he changes employer. But, he should be carrying the current H1 copy so that if they ask at Port of entry he can show them the current H1 copy and Passport (stating that his Visa is still active).
Mee friend thirigi vacchetappudu Kottha company vaallani evarinaa (Employer etc) touch lo pettamani cheppu. If at all, the immigration people want to confirm his employment with the new company, they might call his company and someone should answer it. |
