Software professionals need to sit before computers for hours together. This results in the concentration of fat at buttocks, abdomen and thighs. The problem hampers the shape of the bodies and figures out the structure.

The concentration of fat at different parts of body depends on the hereditary aspects. Adding to this irregular food habits and lazy life styles spoil the shape as a whole.

Doctors suggest the following methods to be followed compulsorily in order to keep the bodies fit and free from bulging buttocks and tummies.

· Exercising an hour every day, preferably aerobics
· Using stairs instead of lift
· Walking at least for 15 minutes after dinner
· Giving a break from sitting before the system (computers) at least every 15 minutes and walking a while
· Keeping away from junk foods and sweets
· Shunning soft drinks
