'Jai Chiranjeeva' audio a smashing hit
By B. Anuradha, Hyderabad: Another Chiranjeevi film, "Jai Chiranjeeva", has set an audio record. The top five Telugu film audio albums of the fortnight are:
1. "Jai Chiranjeeva": The cassettes were sold like hot cakes on the day of release itself. "Jai Jai Ganesh" and "Maha Muddu" are extremely popular numbers.
2. "Ghajini": Hit composer Harris Jayaraj comes back with another notable album. "O Maaru Kalasina" and "Hrudayam Ekkadunathi" have caught on in a big way.
3. "Vennela": Debutant composer Deva Kaushik looks to be a promising talent. "Busy Life" and "Bhagyam Podduna" sound interesting.
4. "Mahanandi": Young composer Kamalakar, who impressed with "Pranam", has done a good job again. "Champakamala" and "E Maina" look to be sure hits.
5. "Chatrapathi": The film's big success has helped the tunes of Keeravani in the audio market. |
