in the .txt file the first line should be username thru which you login into the sevrer followed by password..daani mundu user ani undi kadha adhi teseyyi..say ur username is hemanth and password rachaalu do the txt file in the following way
script.txt
hemanthaa Rachalu
cd directoryname
type ascii
put xxx.bai
quit
it should work |

did you do the FTP -v -s myftper.txt ftp.myhost.net from the directory where the myftper.txt is..or give the fullpath where the myftper.txt is |
