Mayuri cinema hall is the best cinema hall in Ongole right now may be because it is a new theatre. Mayuri cinema hall is near Tulasiram theatre. Probably 10 feet away to Tulairam but it is not on main road. You need to go inside a small road (Gondi) near Tulairam. But it is visible properly from Navabharth side but no entrance from Navabharth side. |

Satyam cienam hall undi mama. Sambha nadustundi ga akkada.
Srinivas/Sridevi/Padmavati closed due to legal troubles.
Balakrishna under rennovation. so closed for now.
NBK sentiment cinema halls used to be Srinivas and Vijaya Durga. But recent statistics I am missing. Probably Satyam is also good for NBK because LN released there only.
Next movie VV will release in Satyam and Vijaya Durga as per my friends in Ongole. |

Sai Saroja Mayuri - Kottadi. I heard it is owned by Mayuri group (Ramoji Rao).
Srinivasa-Sridevi-Padmavati under legal troubles. These cinema halls owned by a combined family or friends and they have some legal troubles regarding partnership issue. Now, one of the owner maintains "Satyam" cinema hall on lease basis. That's why new NBK/Jr NTR movies get released in Satyam or Vijaya Durga Otherwise most of NBK movies used to release in Srinivasa.

Sam, Gopi Krishna is a multi cinema hall complex. So they are Gopi and Krishna. These 2 cinema halls are in Addanki bus stand (now this bus stand no more exists). Bala Krishan cinema hall is opposite to Rathnamahal at Nellore bus stand. I don't know if they have changed this cinema hall name recently. But I am sure my memory says it's the name.
Some one with good knowledge of cinema halls in Ongole need to let me know the cinema hall name which is near Rathana Mahal.

Usually I am a very quiet NBK fan in this DB. Very occasionaly I used to post on IBDB but recently came to know this DB (BTDB).
I don't know how many NBK fans are here with NBK but I am NBK fan since I know about movies i.e. since 1984 after watching first movie as solo hero in Sahasame Ooopiri in Ongole "Bala Krishana" cinema hall on first day first show.
Lets hope our beloved hero will have good future ahead of him with big hits.
I am desperately waiting for Vijayendra Varma movie release and hope it will release same time in USA especially in San Jose for me to see on first day here in USA.
