As per the unconfirmed reports, Bollywood beauty Aishwarya Rai is paired opposite Rajnikant in 'Sivaji'. The film would be produced by the prestigious banner AVM and directed by ace director Shankar, who is on a high after the success of 'Aparichitudu'.
