There are many reasons to it.
1. Guys sitting (employer/HR) sitting in India who dont know the dynamics and work culture of the client, send people without making him aware of all.
2. few guys compromise on lot of things for living. it keeps them down and got noticed by everyone.
One complaint is: our Indians wear lot of jewellery and traditional wear to work including kaala gajjelu.. it really makes people crazy sometimes with sounds and their look in a work environment.
may be people got irritated with all these too. |

OK fine.. why you complain these guys.. complain the bosses who gave project to execute at a cost being paid is below average at norms.
If organization have a uniform policy to work in stipulated times including contractors, direct employees.. u shouldnt have seen this change.
On a different note: In Germany any employee is not supposed to work beyond hours no matter who you are. And it is working for IT companies too.. no one is complaining about it. My friends working and they lock the systems in the middle of the work when clock ticks 6 PM. |

am only talking bout the firm management side..
Oh ok.. got it..
yeah mama.. Indian companies now facing this problem heavily in handling the logistics at client locations and they are becoming a headache and few instances failed to perform and got -ve feed back too.
The reason for not able to place resources properly is:
1. cost cutting efforts and handling things from india so no direct managers in US to oversee the work.
2. No billing was provided to these managers by client and employer can not handle a manager for a small set of people paying high end salaries.
3. Due to high competition companies agree to work at lower billing rates and they can not afford more people to work here to get their margins. |

Mama.. our SAP experts have some communication and handling issues with large applications.. But I dont agree that it is a generalized concept.
Remember getting into job and project is really a hardship now a days and no dumb guy entering into the comapnies.. be it a small firm with 100 employees.
The problem is they are not communicated by the employers in handling things and many companies facing this situation since they are not investing money in trainning people with Soft skills. This problem lies with Infy, Wipro, TCS and satyam.. and all... but getting away with the brand name and image of the company. |

In US a guy does MS on some area which god knows and does not make sense to goddamn project.. He was trained by himself in SAP/Data warehousing he never heard of and with ultra posh english.. fakes resume and applies for job and gets on to work... And this absolutely fine since he done MS in US?
Ps: guys not pointing fingers at anyone.. just mentioning the dynamics of people here. |

1. these guys are responsible to finish project in fixed budget, fixed billing..
2. these guys are responsible to make things work for the whole project running back home
3. these guys dont know ultra posh cuttings and hi-fi english to Bull shit managers and people.. they know how to do things.
4. These guys responsible to make sure the client is satisfactory and all prospective work to be able to get pipelined for expansion of head count and all.
5. These guys are given deadlines by stupid managers sitting in India with targets a single person can not acheive. No one cares about the actual estimates.
6. OUT OF ALL.. EVERY DAMN THING SHOULD BE DONE WITH LESS COST... AND YOU TALK ABOUT ENGLISH, QUALITY OF WORK AND PERSONAL LIFE?
Give me a break.. 
And furher: one question to you.. production app.. password ledu antunnavu.. asalu acceptance testing and documents to have a system of password handling lekunda akkada implement chesina systems ni ela handle chestunnaru.. chetha handling issues kaakapotey.. in many cases it is not necessary to know passwords for systems by everyone in the support group. Only production DBAs will have the idea and they will be shared across people only when required. |
