he has signed 50 crore deal with Sahara group to make movies for them
OT mama he left telugu industry because of the treatment of Govinda Govinda movie.
He is very good director and has ventured in production with biggies in hindi

every movie produced also has lot of input from RGV, so manodu chesina varieties evaru attempt cheyyaremo kada. he hates emotional stories, vanda sarlu cheppadu ippatiki, so we will never see emotion filled movies from him. most of his strong characters are cool, calculated individuals.
Krishna vamsi ni first camera thippadam aapi, koncham movie subject meeda focus seyyamani cheppala. he gets carried away a bit too much.

OT mama,
RGV is a very talented director but has limited himself to a genre of movies (suspense/mafia/horror) when he could have made more entertainers like kshanakshanam and anaganagaa oka roju or soul stirrers like gayam and ofcourse sensations like SHIVA and antam (it may have been a flop but is still a good one).
the problem with this guy is that he himself chose to distance himself out of the industry and thats his fault.
one thing is for sure ee rajamouli, vvvinayak lanti vallu enni janmalettina SHIVA lanti movies tiyaleru and cannot attain the respect and stardom that RGV has...

MR and RGV both regard each other with high respect.
Director, Mani Rathnam - Mani Rathnam, one of the leading film directors in the country, shares a friendly relationship with Ram Gopal Varma. His Tamil film Thiruda Thiruda, was co-written by Ram Gopal Varma and Ramu's Telugu film Gaayam was co-written by Mani Rathnam. In a way, it can be said that both the directors have ventured into new wave cinema with Company (Ram Gopal Varma) and Kannathil Muthamittal (Mani Rathnam) in 2002. Mani Rathnam's Dil Se.. was co-produced by Ram Gopal Varma and Shekhar Kapoor. Mr. Varma tells that until he saw Mani's films, he never took song and dances seriously. RGV is one of the most talented directors according to bollywood and tamil people.
Rangeela was biggest commercial hit in 90s both in India and overseas.
Booth and company also hits according to bollywood boxoffice.
RGV got also good name in bollwood with movies like darna marna hai and kaun.He is encouraged lot of new acots and directors.Just don't blame him because of this interview.The way jeevi asked questions also irritating. |

OT mama Bollywood people rate RGV very very highly and there is only person who has got success with all his ventures. None of his ventures are loss ventures except Road. All of his movies have got back the money from the market and which is very very important. If you goto any channel or site you can see the respect they give to RGV over others.
