It looks like NTR has decided to put off Jayabheri’s film with director Gunashekar for the moment. It is now clear that he is keen doing Suresh Productions’ film immediately. After the Narasinhudu’s tussle ended, NTR is said to have given promise that he would do a film for producer Suresh Babu this year. But sources told us that he has given dates to producer Suresh Babu and the film would start very soon.
The film is likely to be directed by Uday Shanker (of Kalisundam Ra). There is also possibility of introducing new director.
Before the Narasinhudu’s release, producer Jayabheri Kishore who is now producing Atadu with Mahesh, had announced that he would be producing a film with NTR and that would go to floors in June 1st week. But with director Gunashekar’s penchant for high cost production values including erecting a huge set for every film made the film unviable for the producer. So the project has been put off for the time being, it seems.
Actually, D Rama Naidu wanted to remake Ramudu Bheemudu with NTR but Suresh Babu has second thoughts about the project. |
