The Telugu Desam activists, the other day, took out a rally in the city in protest against the government's indifference towards rising petroleum prices, and later submitted memorandum to a "Dunnapotu" (He-buffalo), thereby projecting that the Y S Rajasekhar Reddy government is thick-skinned like a buffalo and that nothing would happen to it even it rains heavily.
