Basically, Gudipoodi is stuck in a time warp and has certain expectations from a certain hero, a certain comedian etc. just because a movie does not stick to his ideas of what that hero and comedian shouold be doing in ALL their movies, he cannot appreciate the movie.
with critics like these , telugu film industry can never move forward. All that I can accept from his review is that the story is weak, nothing else. |

Chiranjeevi choose to entertain the audience with a glass or bottle of whisky. These scenes are deliberately lengthened because he believes that such scenes of drunken acting brought audience to the theatre. It is wrong. Sensible subjects drew them to the theatre. In this case the drunken scenes or highlighting the role of a ‘drink’ in building guts in a man. Here it is the second character of Chiranjeevi – Govindarajulu, who is a drunkard. But that is the main character of the theme. His son handing him a scotch bottle, even after Govindarajulu woes not drink any more, sends wrong signals to the gullible audience in impressionist age |
