get Azureus or any other bittorrent downloading software. and open the .torrent file with File-open option in that software or double clik on the .torrent file u downloaded.

there are also other softwares, but right now I am using this, after installation if the software doesnt open install the java runtime and restart your computer. link for java runtime is also provided there.
