Sarada theater is in Saroornagar and used on to one hell of a thearter and used to play movies 3-4 weeks old...but after their son returned from foreign he took it up as a challenge and transformed the theater into a very good one...though it is still very small |

Our partner-ship is just limited to Konark theater. We had partner-ship in Rajdhani theater as well since that land was ours but we eventually sold it off because my father's ill heath. |

and ran 100days in around 40centers
which mean SUPERHIT
atanuokkade relased intially in only around 70 to 80 centers just like NVNV
and will have 100daysd in 10 to 20 centers and will be superhit

Evvaru kadhannaru. definitely Bhadra is bigger hit than ATK. ATK is the movie that gave break to NaKaRa. ATK was removed in many places for 4 or 5 weeks (ex Tirupathi, Hyderabad, Vizag). But konnisotla iraga theesthundocchu
we can compare Bhadra and ATK like CV and Tholiprema.
CV made with huge budget had terrific collections and great run till 100 days. TP dint have that great run all over state but terrific run in Hyderabad. still Tholiprema is called sensation becos it gave much needed break to Pavan Kalyan.

Nuvvostanante Nenodhantana is creating magic at the box office. The continuous raise in the collections for this film pushed it to the No. 1 place. Not just AP, but the film is collecting record level collections everywhere including overseas. Initially released with 80 prints, the film is now running with 200+ prints. The film is running to housefulls in most of the centers. NVNV is 4 weeks old. Some of the share figures available on this film are Guntur (37,48,356 for 21 days from 6 center), Krishna (33,00,00 for 21 days from 7 centers), East Godavari (50,00,000 for 21 days from 7 centers).

Agree or not Jeevi is infact a owner of and contributor to a reputed website IB followed by (may be not you and me) quite a few NRI population and has recognition among Tollywood as well.
Why would somebody who self-made all what he is today throw away his hard-earned achivements to air just to impress a few?
I agree that there are a few hitches here and there but atleast reasonable unlike few others so called dependable websites.... |

I understand that ATK was released with less prints and less centers but within a week more prints and centers were added which is a fact too...but how can you expalin more than double collections of Bhadra which just started with a divided talk while ATK was unanimously decleared a Super-Hit on day 1? The difference should have been + or - few laks don't you think? |

I understand NVNV was a big hit is urban centres but considering those urban centers contribute more than 60%-70% of the total collections how can you explain it's total share of 90 plus laks? and more over movies run for a max of 2-3 weeks in C & D centers especially with realsing of so many a movies every week... |

NVNV wouldnt have released in as many centers as Bunny. especially NVNV was raze at A,B centers.
See even so called super hit Arya 's share could be less than Bunny's share
Also Bunny 50 days share is 1.04 crore. Its full run share could be 1.2 crore. It definitely wont be 1.5 or 2 crores. |

Just check this trade report.Andarivadu understandably raked in huge returns in day 1 itself. Narsimhudu fell flat on his face. Ravi Teja starrer Bhadra which started with OK talk is doing much better than (with more than double the collections) Super-Hit Athanokkade. Chandramuki collections I guess is 46 laks. While the most surprising amonst the lot is so called Super-Hit of the year Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana collected less than Average movie Bunny that too running double the number of days. I understand that the movie was released with lesser prints but I guess they increased them 2 folds after 1 week.
This rightly suggests all that glitters is not Gold. |
