hustler, a lot depends on his lawyers. milosevic gaadu annanni chesi kooda, arguing for himself - trial lawyers are not confident of indicting him. wonder if Saddam is still sane enuf to argue for himself. monna Jay Leno gaado/ mari evaro edo joke pelchaadu, ashcroft being pulled in some case reminded him of Nurnberg trials. wonder if it was prophetic !!

now saddam is being tried for kuwait's invasion (after 10 yrs) and also there are 3/4 other counts on which he is now being tried for.
I personally think , it would have been more appropriate if International court takes up this case rather an american favored court in some remote american base. |
