onlynbk, don't worry. What will happen, if they give statements before Magistrate? This will be always there. In each case, the injured person says this, that so and so person attacked him but at the time of final court hearing, they will say that because of pressure of police or who ever, they gave that statement initally. If the court takes into account the initial statements, then why is 95% of cases not being successful?Haven't you seen this(changing the initial statement) in any case? Nothing will happen. Don't worry. If you want, you check with anyone who knows how the law proceedings work in India. |

by the times settlements are started bellam and sc gave away the police and more over to majistrate
against nbk
and nbk even gave the stmt against bellam and sc
all these days police least bothered about nbk stmt but while they noticed the compramise stmts
they filed case against bs and sc based on nbk stmt
now after sessions court rejecting nbk bail petiton ,it will be appealed in the highcourt by
nbk lawyers
there apart from other arguments they have to
controll the publicprosecuter other wise it is tough to get the bail
if high court also rejects the bail for nbk then
it is the worse thing till day for him and he have only chance of escaping
i.e. mentally unfit and if that also dont work and nims doctors give clean chit to nbk health then thats more and more worse then he have to
be arrested and presented before sessions ccourt and later on shifted to jail and have to be taken to court from there for further hearings and final judgement of court
