My work experience with US is quite interesting.... I dont have any experience in India just US experience...
Thats good actually.. u will get used to this US work style and insticnts of working in this mood. 
US has the highest productivity. Every one has their own definition about productivity.
I think just not working more hours and more development will not make a company more productive....
As rose said strategic vision and planning and result oriented thinking geared towards best return on investment keeps USA at a different place.
I second u... these guys are mastered at that art. They make films out side US and market it from Hollywood, they produce goods in China and sell it in their stores and earn profits on it... They develop products in India and parts of the world where knowledge is flourishing.. and Sell it to the world from US.... On top of it.. they control the world with world economy being linked to Dollar...

Because of Indian IT companies... most of the US businesses are running. At the same time please note that US have the best managers in the world which is the key success even though thier workers are less productive.
If you work in Indian MNC for 2 to 3 years in a project... you can work anywhere in the world and u feel your work is quite simple.  |

It totally depends on the Organization you're working mama. Konni companies lo asalu pani vundadu, konnitlo thaata teesthaaru, konnitlo moderate gaa vuntundi. Naaku 3, 4 years kritham oka company lo asalu pani vundedi kaadu, DB lo baagaa dobbicchukunevaadini. Ippudu chestunna company lo work environment busy gaa vuntadi. It totally depends on the company. But any day, the software companies in India are more productive and generate more output when compared to the companies in U.S.
Bottomline is, the work totally depends on the Organization (their deliverable dates, man resources and the budget), on general note, U.S. software companies lo work takkuva vuntundi, India companies tho polisthe. |
