my options :

1.) like in assembly rowdy balayya participates in elections from behind jail.

2.) chinni krishna writes a powerfull backdrop story ( he writes this story in jail...like indra in kaasi, gangotri in himalayas etc..)

3.) Vasundara ,his wife clams that she only shooted the two guys to save her husband.

4.) Declare him as mentally retarded.
