I dont think so.. some times our indians behave differently with ABCDs. when it comes to relationship..
I tell one incident about a middle aged person adopted to a latino american couple in LA. He is in 30s...We a group of indians met him in Grand canyon and had a small chat..
He too felt more or less similar opinion on marrying to an indian origin girl/family. He want to re unite with an Indian origin family, none of them accepted him even though he has money, career and good looking guy... Seems that guy's family tried in canada too.. still no luck..  Seems no one is intrested in them fearing about their origin and the way they grown up..
i donno abt discrimination in other things

Looks like this guy is generalizing everything from his experiences..
He was grown up in a town like 5000... Thats the basic thing behind all this...
IF he was raised in ethnically diverse cities,,, like SFO, LA, NY etc his experience wud be totally different....
Poor guy.....

so the next time you see an ABCD, dont just push them off, maybe he was adopted, be sympathetic, show them the ways of the LORD, have mercy.

I guess the fact that he got adopted by folks in a predom- white area worked against him. if it were in a culturally more diverse place like NY or SF, life would have been easier. atleast, he did not have to beg on streets - some consolation that.
