Differences in a business family?
It’s about two brothers heading one of the most prominent companies in Andhra. Till date they were seen as the Ram-Laxman ki jodi. The elder brother was the face everyone identified with. The younger brother is completely behind the scenes — except his friends in the city, nobody really knows the role he plays despite a MD’s designation.
Socially, the younger brother is more popular while the older one keeps a low profile, mingling only with the likes of ISB bigwigs, rich industrialists and chief ministers.
For public perception the two brothers always maintained a close rapport — the younger one is in great awe of his elder brother.
But now there are murmurs about how the younger brother resents the company policy that only “the chairman” is the face of the organisation. In his absence, it’s a top level employee who becomes the spokesperson but the younger brother is not allowed to talk. Both have personal shares worth crores, their position in the company is on an equal footing. So how will they split?
