30% kaadhu mama 33% reservation..
adhi kuda start ayundhi Chandra babu vachaka..not NTR..
as far as i know NTR started 30%, cbn made it 33%. i remember it because my seniors enjoyed that reservation in 1995

I heard in some communities dowries for IAS officers etc goes to the range of 1 crore. |

I dont know what other people think but there are two things which made me think he is a visionary.
1. Education is a major catalyst individual and overall development of the country. In AP only rich people were able to afford education and not many people were educated.
NTR took out donation system in engineering colleges and this made a high impact on AP. Now millions of people/enigneers in USA and other countries are reaping the benefits.
2. Women empowerment. More than 50% of women in india are housewives 0% productivity from them. To empower women we need to make them educated in all fields. Providing 30% reservation was one big move.
The kind of impacts that made on general public by those two moves can never be matched with any other CMs of AP.
Education and Women Empowerment were everyone has to concentrate
