MLA mama try to call them. I dont know much about H1 extensions. For H1 extensions will they give any SRC number. If they give SRC number call INS people and enquire about that.

You can stay in the country as long as your I94 is valid even your extension is rejected.

You can apply for another fresh H1 or extention or even transfer with another company. When you transfer, you can automatically get extension.

Did you also send the pay stubs with extension application?

 Hello Frens,

I am on H1 and recently my company filed a H1 Extension for me. When I checked online status, it says "Additional Information reqested on this case". I informed my company and after almost 3 weeks also, they did not recieve any Information from INS on this. My consultant filed a request to INS for a duplicate copy of the query.

I am extremely tensed now and would like to know the answers for the following questions. Please hel me out, if you have any answers

 1) How long it will take to get the duplicate RFE (Query) copy from INS?
 2) Does the INS reject H1 Extensions too??
 3) If I don't get an extension, do I need to leave the country even I have the valid I94?
 4) What are the other options for me if I don't get a H1 extension?

 Regards,
