dinu mama, its banjara hills opp KBR park. 1st floor nitin, second floor NTR. see the posters of both heroes will be stuck there... its about 200-300 mts straight from film nagar entrance.. thats his office as of now (from past 6 months or so)

Some of the buyers who had bought ARYA also distributed NTR's films in the past. It seems he was amazed how for the 2nd film itself Arjun's film was full in 15 theatres in the city, and 140 theatres statewide from day one.

It seems he called up Raju (producer) who distributed Adi in Nizam and asked him and is enquiring about the range. for ppl who dont know - Raju was supposed to make a film with NTR, but stopped as he dint like the changes made by NTR to the script.
