Hi all,
I Joined an american company as a fulltime employee recently and they filed my H1B extension. and here starts the problem now i have urgent work in india and i have to travel to india in august and as of present situtaion i dont think i will get my approved 1797 by the time i go on vacation.
1) so can i travel outside usa with my reciept number ( new America Employer) and employment docs from the employer ?
2) is there any way to get that process to speeden up like Upgrading to premium process
for your uderstanding my old h1 petetion is until 2008 and my visa is valid until mid 2007.
