When you apply for H1/L1 you will (Employer on I 129 form) list the consultate where the Cable notification should be sent. |

Recently my roomate went to Calcutta along with his wife for H4 visa... they didnt do it in Calcutta.. sent himback to Chennai..
They gave an immediate slot in Chennai the same week and he got it from Chennai...
( they did this becoz he booked calcutta's slot long time back and after that rules changed..) |
