Hello,
Actually when u want to apply, I know this type of case, one my friend recentls atteneded for US H1 visa, he too have some police record, they didn't give visa immediately it's under enquiry. Enquiry one or two months avutundi. but visa reject ayye chances matram chala takkuva. I am also from Germany. |

hai mamalu, nenu e question already okasari adiganu but ,evaru conform gaa cheppaledu,nenu germany lo study chestunanu but 1 month back nenu oka shop loki velli shirt vesukoni bayataku vatchhi vere shirt chustunnanu , kani intalone shop lo aallu vatchhi lona vunna shirt chupinchi theftcase book chesaru, naa meeda police station lo case book indi, and they fined me 50€, naku german raadu naku chala siggu vesindi naa paristiti talachukoni , but nenu US ki apply cheddam ani anukuntunnanu , okaela naku H1B papers vaste , visa interview lo naa background chusinappudu because of this case visa reject chestaremo ani bhayam gaa vundi, anybody know is it is big issue to reject visa and will they chack my record in germany and i am thinking that germany nundi apply chesi permanent address india di petti interview india lo attend avvudam ani anukuntunna, i dont know what i have to do , please give ur suggetions |
