1. Skill set matching
2. Personal Effectiveness
3. Communication(clarity and ability to explain not posh English)
4. Techinical Skills
5. Willingness/enthuu to grasp new things
6. Ability to explain the projects he put on in Resume
ee 6 points meedhaaaa atleast 1 hours spend sethamuu. For each point we will evalute the person on a scale of 1 to 10, then we will calculate overall average rating on a scale of 1 to 10 if a person stands at 8, 9 or 10 we will immediately selecting that guy ...
6 or 7 still we will put on hold and wait for some other candidates interview, in this way during my later days in India I was almost successful in most of the cases.
Same thing, I ahve started using here also, but the problem over here is not many face-to-face interview, so I am not much comfortable with phone interviews...
