it all depends on the type of role you are interviewing for, first and foremost thing, be yourself, confident gaa vellu, nee value neeke baaga telusthundi, already nee gurinchi vaalu references teesukuni untaaru, so salary negotiations unte first nuvvu commit avvaku, because you may be undervaluing yourself, let them come up with a figure and always say you are worth more than that, it always helps, nee mind lo aadu ichina figure ekuva aina donot say ok to it.

Mama, US sangathi naaku theliyadu mama, but india lo ayithe HR and manager interview ayithe kanaka ee questions adugutharu mama, ninnu nuvvu after 5 years lo ela choodalanukuntunnav?? question may be simple, kaani india lo permant jobs kabatti ee question adugutharu as they are going to stay in their company for long.
Manager ayithee kanaka nee projects lo athayntha complex task edi?? Nuvvu nee company ki ee rakam ga upyogapaddav aa time lo. ( nenu common ga cheppe answer, The code change can be done in 2 products(its a maintainance project), vere product lo ayithee 5 line change and if that is in my product its a 10,000 line change. kaani vallu nanne change cheyyamannaru, denikante aa product lo maristhee chala vere depend products affect avuthayi, kaani 10,000 lines change ante daniki chala man hours kavali and also to simualte the problem I have to recreate the problem and for that some disks need to be shipped from US, blah blah ani nenu cheyyaledu and I convinced them to change in their product. adi chala klistam kaani I achived that and company saved lot of money on that...., oka udaharana ga cheppa mama, sodi anukoku.

guyz and gals
i got round 2 interview next week. i will see tech as well as HR. Its been long since (i should say never in US) i had a full fledged talk with HR (due to unexpected and worst circumstances). This is a small company which was bought by a big company (multi billion dollar) 4 yrs ago and hence its now know as with big name though the branch i went in for first round is smaller. if i get a job i will be with this branch only
Now what should i ask HR as well as the senior VP. In first round i talked to the guy whom i will report. now three people the manager, his boss and HR. please do give some tips. I am googling too. I have few questions/ideas but if any one has gone thru this in recent past pls focus some light on it.
