I am not sure durga garu Nenu us immigration meeda vachanu after 16 apply chesthe oath ceremony ki call chesaru that’s it.and this is about 5-6 years ago so now they might have changed the rules
AFAIK gc vachina 4 years ( not breaking us stay more than 6 months)ki citizen ship ki apply cheyachu and takes about 15months to get interview and exam. Our family friends went through this process recently. |

Hyd lo Canada visa kosam Blue Dart vaadi office vundi. You just have to mail them the docs. You can also get the Canadian visa in person or by mail at the respective Canadian Consulate here during their stay. Its faster in person. |

tc mama..I agree..right now my H1 is valid till mar 2006..but visa feb 2005 lo expire iyyindi..suppose for suppose emaina emergency ki India povali anuko..i have to get an appointment at chennai counsulate..i'm just trying to avoid that mama..but i do agree there is a risk involved if I go to canada |

ala kaadu mama.. i have few questions to clarify with those attended on how they faced it and wanted to find answers to it.
when i was in chennai consulate I hread the conversation b/n a guy and office. a guy's L1 to H1 was rejected on the grounds that.. He joined a small consulting firm from TCS. Their question is why you left TATA such great company and joined this small one with less than 100? he is unable to justify answer.. rejected.
since i may have to get through this phase, want to be more careful in getting into such situaion. |
