Oohlala, thanks for the info. Old citizenship application says specifically not to mention about traffic tickets. But new one does'nt say anything. More frequently I hear interview officers asking for those documents.

Esscuseme, google 'N400 traffic ticket'. You can read the response that traffic tickets don't count unless its still pending or you haven't paid the fine etc.
Btw, I don't think Indian consulates have accepted the applications for dual citizenship. As far as I know, the process hasn't been released yet. |

yeah, it's already in place and Indian consulates started accepting applications. Now they stopped accepting apps to ease the process. It will start again soon.

Do you know which department do i need to contact to get information. Contacted DMV, they dont have it.
Also, how long is the process time. |
