H4 ki processing antu emi vundadhu.
If they are comming for the first time send them the H1 approval letter, letter from employer, last two month pay slips, marriage certificate. Sometimes they may ask Apartment lease deed, office phhotos and apartment photos |

this is continuous process, it may take 3 to 4 years..
lot of stages involved in this..
One should have labour clearence from Indian labour department as well as American Embassy..
once u have ur labour u need to apply for IPC420 and once it got cleared u have to go to US embassy fill the 911-786 form and attend for the interview and then u will have ur h4...
its long process like the Green card but we have to wait... |
