As we all know, the 65000 H1-B visa cap had been hit on the first day of 2005 fiscal year. That is a pretty bad news for all international students. Some congresspersons have proposed a new program for H1-B visa, in which they suggested removing the cap for international students who get Master or Ph.D degree in US. The congress will be open on Nov. 15, but so far only 6000 E-mails supporting this program were received by congresspersons.
